ok jeep gurus need help and advice gotta 1997 grand cherokee 4x4 4.0 liter automatic heres issue fuel pump died replaced with a airtex issue now loading up with fuel causing flooding back tires this is intermitten fuel pump pressures while running n draw down good airtex said injectors may be leaking fuel in cyls while sitting pulled codes only codes i pull are knock sensor and cooling temp sensor enging dose not knock or over heat like i said intermitten problem any suggestoins gang computer maybe shorting out help cause its driving me crazy

I'd say it's a defective pump if you had no issues prior to the pump replacement.

I'v read lots of complaints on Airtex pumps.. I'd try another brand...Mopar if reasonable.

thanks for the help i replaced fuel pump problem still existed it turned out to be the computer
