Shifter cable, 99 WJ
 

Hi. The cable came disconnected from the lever on the transmission on my 99 WJ, 4.0. it seems that it won't snap back on. I have it temporarily rigged with zip ties, but I don't trust it to stay connected for a long time. Is there an easy fix for this, aside from replacing the whole cable? I'm hoping to fix this cheap and quick. Thanks.
