put a new power steering pump on a few days ago, and the belt keeps riding off the fan clutch pulley. Its chewing up my belt and squeaking like crazy, the pulley is all the way on the ps pump. no idea what it could be, ideas?

 

I know you said the pulley is all the way on, but but is it flush- did you use an installation tool or just pound it on?

 

it is flush with the part that it gets pressed onto, used the tool provided (just a square nut on a bolt with a washer.
