Hello Guys, here Rob from Belgium, you helped me before with my XJ.

The biggest problem, the transfer case was after all, no problem!

My daughter and her friend just bought a Grand Cherokee ZJ 5.2 v8 automatic 1994. It passed inspection and they drove it home today. Now some problems.
1. After 2 hour drive the front brake started slipping and smoking. Probably just stuck sleeve? Clean and use copper grease?
Nextproblem:
The ABS light on the dash came on.just after driving away . Can the sensor be cooked in the heat?
Also we found, behind a dirt cap a nicely modified motor mount. Even the government inspection failed to see this. For me, it seems a **** job to replace this?

t is obvious that this was scammed. But now we have these problems. Any advice?

 

Hi from UK , if it has been sat then yeah all the brakes need freeing up, good chance the sliders need freeing - usually sanded then greased. Check all the abs sensor wires for damage , no doubt you will find something .
If the engine doesn't rock excessive when you rev then don't worry about the motor mount , if it does just throw a new one in . Not too hard.

Maybe you can help me , I need a left rear axle shaft for a disc ZJ with Dana35c any ideas ??
