Default Rough idle / water out exhaust

My 95 grand cherokee (6cylinder) starts fine, but idles very rough for about 5 minutes and during this time also blows some water out the exhaust pipe. Then it clears up and runs fine. Something cracked or gasket?

i had water "shootin" out my exaust, i replaced the catalytic converter, and look at that not even a drop a water, also havent had any idle problems with my idle anymore, i used to have to give it a bunch of gas to stay on
-i higly recomend you look at the cat

Water out of the exhaust when the engine is warming up is normal. There is a chemical reaction in the cat converter and water is the byproduct.

unless it's green water then there might be a problem. does it smell sweet, is the level in the radiator going down? if so then you've got the head/head gasket problem. If not then you probably don't
