Rough Idle After CPS replacement

Rough Idle After CPS replacement
Ok so i replaced the cps, on my girlfriends 1997 ZJ
and now i have a rough idle, the only thing i did not reuse is the factory metal almost spacer looking thing. (hopefully someone knows what i mean)
Would this cause the rough idle, or should i be looking for something else?

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!
I had to tap the cps down a little bit. there was no self destruct sticker, so i just had to "earball" it (listen for the clunk of flex plate and then back it up a little bit)
