replace rear(vent) window

Default replace rear(vent) window
I had a burgular break in the car thru the rear(small vent) window and I need to replace it. Are there any tricks/tips to replacing the small window? I got a replacement glass from the junkyard that has the rubber gasket but I don't know if there are any tricks to getting the trim off and back on without breaking it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey did you figure this out?? Someone broke into mine last night and I have to replace the window.
