Rear Running Lights don't work, but the brake lights do?

Rear Running Lights don't work, but the brake lights do?
I have a 2003 Jeep grand Cherokee. My running head lamps work, the brake lights work, but the rear running lights don't! I'm so confused. Checked the fuse and its fine, tried putting in a new one and still nothing. Swapped new bulbs in as well and still nothing. Anyone out there have any insight on this matter? Really trying to get this fixed by this weekend! Thank you all in advance for your help!

If you tried all that the next place I'd look would be the wiring harness connection at the firewall or the headlight switch.
