this would be the rear parking light of the brake / parking light combo bulb.
Replaced bulb still not working when parking lites turned on -Side marker bulb is out as well but think that may be just the bulb burn out.
Brake and reverse light are fine.
Anyone come across same problem ?

Have you tried switching with the bulb on the other side, to rule out you getting two defective bulbs?

1) Test by Substitution (remove and install a "known good" bulb. I tend to have tested good spares for just this sort of thing, in a box in my garage. Bulbs and relays.)

2) Check for contamination in the socket - the OEM anti-corrosive they add craps things up mightily after a while. Clean with electrical contact cleaner and an old toothbrush. Inspect for corrosion afterwards (I've seen it happen...)

3) Check for voltage at the terminals. If not present, start tracking down a wiring fault. The main front-to-back harness usually runs down the left side of any LHD vehicle, and there will be connectors behind the front kick panel and the rear trim liner.

will clean contacts and test for voltage next .
