Pulsing brake issue ????

when slowing down as it gets close to a stop it jerks a little like it's overpowering the brakes with the lope of the engine( it's not warped disks I know exactly what those are and feel like, this is totally different)

I have new rotors and pads so It's not that.

Try remove abs fuse, is it then ok?

Is that on the under the dash block or under the hood? I'll check after work today.

It looks like the #25 fuse location on the kick panel has a 15 amp fuse that controls shift lock solenoid, a/c heater control, abs controller, abs controller relay, blower motor relay and blend door actuators.....

Is that the one?
