The second motor in my XJ blew, so I got myself a 99 WJ with the auto zone control HVAC. Naturally, bad HVAC doors in it - Code 52, 54, and 56 (with associated symptoms). I was looking at the blend doors and recirc doors from blendorstore.com. I got excited when I saw the no-dash-pull doors that also maintained dual zone capabilities. But then I saw their no-dash-pull recirc and it looks like it's stuck whichever position I mount it... so I'm pulling the dash and doing it right.

What else is should I replace while I'm in there? Pass. side blend door motor? The mode doors? The foam gasket surrounding the HVAC unit? I'll probably do the heater core also, as I can't imagine that was replaced ever. The WJ was still rockin' the OEM shocks when I bought it (no pun intended).
