Popping Noise / Feel From Steering?

So it has been about a month or so since I did my 2" BB. I had an alignment done right after the lift. After two weeks my steering was off (Had to hold wheel at 10 o'clock to go straight.) so I took it back to the shop that did the alignment. They adjusted what they called the steering linkage and it was fixed...at least the Jeep went straight with the wheel in the 12 o'clock position.

So it has been approx. 500 miles of problem free driving until last night. As I was turning left into my neighborhood I felt and heard a "Pop". As I straightened the wheel back up it popped again. It seems it only pops when turning left or bringing the wheels back straight after turning left. When getting under the Jeep and having someone turn the wheel it seems to be binding at the pitman arm...at least that is what it looks like as that is where you can see the "release".

So any ideas on what to check or adjust? I should add steering is tight and does not have any play.

Thanks

Well this is really weird.

It only does it when it is raining. So anyone have an idea what would make this popping noise when the undercarriage is wet?
