You don't need anything special for these Jeeps. I've heard from a lot of people that the "premium" plugs make our Jeeps run like crude. I have Autolite Platnums in mine. The Champion coppers are a usual choice for guys around here. Don't know about the wires though because my Jeep is distributorless.

Champion Copper Core and no other. They give the hottest spark and last the longest in Jeeps. Other plugs will sometimes cause a "missfire" code to pop up.

I went to www.summitracing.com and got the Accell tune up kit for my 95 ZJ. I'm very happy with the results. Only about 75 bucks shipped to your door, not a bad deal for good stuff that will last.

Okay, Busted. Stomp on me, why don't you? I put a set of Autolite plugs in my wife's K-car and they lasted a week before they started missfiring. Went back to Champs and they lasted until we got rid of it. Same with the wires.

Sorry, I got the Accell kit for the pretty red 8mm wires and the high quality distributor cap.

I know Accell is good. We used to use their wires for drag racing, but those we used were solid copper wires. They also stood up to the high temps needed for headers.
