Ok. I have searched, ready, taken notes, read some more, emailed industry folks, etc... I'm exhausted and confused.

I have a '95 ZJ. Looking to install a 32 gallon fuel cell into the rear storage area. I think I'll need:
-Fuel Cell w/ 4 walbro pickups, 45 degree filler/flapper, no return line(?)
-Fuel level sending unit (don't have the book with me, but I think it's 80 or 90 ohm)
-Inline fuel filter
-External fuel pump (capable of delivering 45 psi)
-Fuel pressure regulator (no clue what I need here... Are they variable/adjustable? Do I need something specific?)
-Foam and baffles? Foam is a safety thing, no boom, right? Do I need baffles?

Am I missing anything else? Is it that simple? and if it is, why does this seem so complicated? Also, with the huge variance in prices across the industry, I'm certainly open to advice in that department as well.
