Default play in steering

Hey guys,

I just finished installing shocks and stabilizer links in the front and put on some used but good tires. The Jeep drives down the road straight as an arrow, but I have a lot of play in the steering now.

It was suggested to me it may be the gear box. Any thoughts would be great.

Inspect the steering linkage and the track bar for slop. Adjusting the gear box is not the answer if it is in fact worn out, replacement is the only real way to fix it.

Thanks Busted, I kind of thought that would be where I should look.
