Plastic panel by rear side windows REMOVAL???

I have searched all over the net and need some help. Hopefully you guys can provide that help.

I have a 1995 Grand Cherokee Limited...

There are plastic panels behind the rear cargo area windows on both sides of the vehicle. They have some venting 'esk slits molded in them and they are notorious for losing the paint put on them. I've tried to remove the interior plastic trim peices only to see the frame with no access whatsoever to how those panels are held on. The paint on mine is falling off and i want to clean them up and re-paint them. I'd realy not like to mask off and have to cover my entire vehicle to paint them on the vehicle.

My question is, How do you remove these panels.

I was asking the same question in this thread. >-> https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f11/95...-42862/index2/
He said that he pried them off carefully from behind.
And Welcome to CF!
