I just changed my plugs. Seemed to be running fine, then all of a sudden it started shaking and stalling. I got the above codes. None of these problems existed before changing the plugs. The old plugs looked like they were fried. Could this cause a problem with the coil pack? Also went to put it in 4WD and the linkage was disconnected. Seemed to have occurred around the same time but not sure if it was already disconnected before then. Could this have caused these symptoms?
I don't think it matters but after checking the codes it was P0351 P0352 P0353 and P1391.

p1391 is intermittent loss of either cam shaft or crank shaft sensor.

Thank you for your post but we need more info,, Jeep year,, what brand of plugs did you put in. If you have a 00-01 Cherokee with coil rail. Make sure all the boots made it over and down on the plugs right..

Thanks for the replies. It is a 1999 Grand Cherokee 4.0. I used Champion copper plugs. When it starts running rough, if I shut it off and turn it back on it runs ok. It didn't do this before I changed the plugs. It does have a coil rail. I will remove it and reinstall it, but if it wasn't making contact I think it would do it all the time. Sometimes it does it right away, sometimes I can drive 15 miles before it acts up.
