Engine: 4.7 V8
P0161: O2 sensor heat circuit malfunction( bank 2 sensor 2)
My emissions just failed because of this. Before I had them run a diagnostics I wanted to see what part I needed and if it's easy to fix without labor costs. Any help you could provide would be great.

by the profile looks like 2001 GC 4.7 v8.
Would still like to know the mileage of said vehicle
So if this is true:
Your O2 sensor on the passenger side after (or downstream of) the cat had a malfunction or or something.

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter
It's most likely a bad sensor. It still functions as a sensor, but the heater has failed causing the MIL to come on.
