Overheating

I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.7 motor it runs at 222 to 235 I replaced water pump radiator cap clutch fan and thermostat and flushed out radiator and motor is this the temperature it's supposed to run at

The standard Tstat is 195deg and the gauge should run slightly to the left side of the 210 mark. Does it come down when at highway speeds and cooler days when you have plenty of airflow?
If it comes down at higher speeds but get up that high when the truck idling but not moving then it could be a fan issue. If that is the temp in all driving conditions it could be the temp sensor.

engine temperature

My next step is to replace the heat sensor when I drive on the highway it runs 230 I sit and idle it goes down at 219 I ran my garden hose through the front of the radiator and it goes through straight through so there is no obstruction in the Vents of the radiator and a new clutch fan so I know it's not the fan it just seems at higher speeds at runs hotter and the electric fan kicks on to

My 2000 4.7 has a clutch fan and electric fan. What does yours have? If it has the fan clutch. Make sure the clutch is working. And also make sure the efan is working as well.
