I have a 96 Grand Cherokee Orvis edition. When I use the remote to unlock the doors, my outside mirrors will scan around randomly, before stopping, usually in the inside, lowest position. I set the mirrors where I want them, and programmed both driver positions to that setting. The seat doesn't mess up, but I'm constantly having to re-adjust the mirrors. Any idea where to start looking? I scoured Alldata and can't find anything.

I have a 97 limited with the same issue. Mine is intermittent now. It was doing it everyday, and now it hasnt happened for about two months. I checked the fuses and such and never found an issue.

I did notice that locking the doors didnt do anything to the mirrors. So lock with the key fob unlock with the key. Lol it was much less annoying than having to adjust the mirrors everytime
