Default Water pump removal

I am new to Jeep water pumps but have done one on Chevy Silverado.
Trying to remove fan and fan cowling to allow access to water pump on 2000 Laredo. My adjustable wrench is big enough for large nut of fan but bolts on fan clutch are in way of wrench getting hold of nut. Is there a special wrench needed to grab nut. Not much room between backside of fan and fan clutch.
Help would be appreciated. Thank you

There is in fact a special wrench for those fan clutch nuts. It's just 1/4" steel plate cut into a wrench and has a 1/2" square hole at the handle end for a ratchet.

Thank you. Could you recommend the best wrench for the big nut that's between the fan clutch and the fan. I've got a 15in. adjustable but it's too thick to get down enough to grab the nut. Would a narrow plumbers wrench work? thank you

I got mine from MAC TOOLS years ago, but Harbor Freight might have them. An air hammer can also be used to knock it loose. Once the nut is loose it will spin freely all the way off. No need to get the new one real tight, it will almost self tighten due the rotation of the pump.
