I take it " it snore" means "inside". If your coolant is low on any vehicle, the first sign is no heat.

Are you getting air movement inside the cab? If yes I say either you are not circulating or you have a blockage.

That's text book symptoms for an open thermostat. Thermostat stays open, coolant flows unrestricted, so coolant (and engine) never get up to operating temp. I know you said you replaced the thermostat, but check to make sure you didn't put it in upside down. If it's in properly, see if it's closed at room temp and make sure you got one rated at the right temp. Some people but cooler thermostats thinking if their engine runs cooler that means it will run better. Not so. If it's installed correctly and it's the correct part, then it may just be bad. Try a new one, they're cheap.

Check both hoses near the fire wall if both are warm that you may have a bad blend door. Does the heater blow cold air? There is a small a actuator that open and closes the door it may be bad. It seems that this is a big problem with the Cherokee. Do a google search and you will many stories about this problem.

My bad. I was searching for something else when I saw this one. Thought the answer was obvious, but didn't pay attention to the date and didn't realize how old it was.
