Engine: 4.7 V8
Neutral Safety Switch for Dummies
Ok...I have read quite a few posts on different year models...I am still lost...can someone tell me how to replace the neutral safety switch (NSS) on an 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo AWD? Do I have to drop the tranny? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. P/S - Raised on Fords...Jeeps are new to me....you'll have to dumb it up for me...lol

lol no you dont have to drop the transmission to replace the NSS. its on the driver side of the trans, just above the pan mounting surface.
