Default need a little advice bc I want 4x4

Could I use the t-case and trans and front axle off a 93 grand cherokee for my 93 xj cherokee? I could really use some input from someone that might know

Welcome to CF.
If they both have the 4.0L I6 then everything will fit. Unless the ZJ has the AW4 trans you'll need to change the TCM and some of the wiring to make it work. You'll also need the rear drive shaft as it's shorter on a 4WD.
You'll need other parts like the t-case shifter, linkage, bezel, etc. but you probably know that.

The AW4 is a better trans than the 42RE that was used from mid '93 on in the Grand Cherokee's. So they say.

The AW4 was used in early production 1993 Grand Cherokees and then switch to the 42RE mid year.

If that's what the donor vehicle has, then it will work, and it's better for you all around IMO.

You'd have to get the wiring and the Transmission Control Module from the ZJ to use that in your XJ. JMO of course.

You would better off looking for the proper transmission out of an XJ for your 4x swap.

get everything from an xj donor vehicle. the zj has low pinion front axle and the crappy 42re tranny. also the shift lever and whatnot is a little different.

easier to just get xj parts.
