Need info about how AWD works
Ok so my 2002 Overland is needing lifted but not with spacers. I called BDS suspension and they were talking to me in words that was beyond my mechanical skills. They said the 4 inch will work and I shouldnt have problems but I keep reading and being told that going past 2 inches will be bad.
Can someone explain wth is the actual problem and how high is too high? I only want like 2-3 inches of REAL lift, not spacers. And what would I have to do to lift it safely?
I keep trying to research it myself but its the same info over and over and all I read is 2 inch BB.

If you're wanting only a few inches of lift without spacers you should look into Old Man Emu. After about 3 inches things get more expensive and there are more required mods that are needed.

I also found one at fatbobsgarage.com 2.5 inch lift that i'm going to check into. Uses new coils and shocks no spacers.
