Replacing heater core in 2000 GC 4.0 4x2. Have the steering column out, center console out, all bolts, screws, nuts out. Dash SHOULD be ready to lift out, but it won't. Something I can't find or figure out, is holding it near the center. Either end will lift and pull enough to clear the studs at the windshield but it's still holding in the center. Please help.

Got it. One stud above the steering column next to brake pedal bracket. Almost impossible for a guy my size to even see much less get to. What a PITA.

Glad you figured it out, too bad its not an XJ. I want my dash out, but have been too lazy to really look into it.
