Default Mysterious no start on Zj w/ V8...HELP!!!

Okay so this truck was running. it's a 1994 Limited 5.2 liter.
I parked it, changed the spark plugs, one at a time.
And now when I turn the key to start nothing happens.
the battery is full charge and the cables are good.
Everything gets power but when I turn the key to the start position there is no drain on the battery to indicate the starter is engaging.
The starter makes no noise, no solenoid click. Nothing.
As if the neutral switch was bad maybe?

Help!!
What to do??

Cycle the shifter from Park to 1st multiple times and then try starting it in either Park or Neutral.

Work backwards from the last wire you touched and check all of the electrical connectors in that area. You might simply have a loose connection.

Check the simple things first.

Did that already. Spent a couple hours under the hood checking everything. For hell, I build race cars and trouble shoot all day, everyday. This shouldn't be a big deal!!!

Just for giggles check the relay for the starter in the PDC under the hood. Check the others while you're there.

I've already checked each and every fuse I could find on the GC and tested each one with a multimeter.
Everything is good.

I'm starting to think the neutral switch is the culprit. I wish I had the damn repair manual so I could figure this thing out from top to bottom.
