my jeep grand cherokee not starting
Hello there, this is my first post, I have a 2002 grand cherokee larado, for a while I was not driving this vehicle but I would go and startit up every few days, on day as I went to start it, it did start but shut off within minutes, I would wait for a few hours and do it again and the same thing happened, I was told that it was the fuel pump, I got the fuel replaced the mechanic drove it to a better working space a few feet away, he replaced the fuel pump and the fuel filter, now the jeep will not start at all, the engin turns I can hear the fuel pump kick in but it refusees to start. sorry for the long post I just wanted to give a little history.

Which engine do you have? When it did start was there a check engine light that stayed on? I would get a code reader, read out the codes, and if there is any then look them up on the internet and start from there. Don't disconnect your battery because it will erase any of the stored codes even if the check engine light isn't on. Good luck
