My 97 grand Cherokee limited driver door won’t open without pushing first.

When I go to open my driver door I have to physically push the door inward then pull to open it. It doesn’t take much but it gets annoying. I am not great with door mechanisms but I feel like the latch is warring out or something. Please help. Any suggestions would be great :)

Lube it with wd40. If that doesnt do it u may have to adj latch
