Check the battery/terminals. Make sure you've got power and the connections are good.

Will it turn over?
If yes then it sounds like a bad ground in the computer harness or a bad computer.
If no, its likely that your alternator took a crap and your battery is now dead.

Don't go changing the PCM until you've eliminated all the simple possibilities. One often overlooked is the temperature sensor underneath the battery. This monitors battery temp and tells the PCM to cut back the alternators charge rate. If this is shot, it will not charge the battery. There is a lot of simple things that could go wrong. Search the previous posts and don't just go throwing parts at it. That gets expensive and leads to frustration.
