mounting flashlight in my zj

Default mounting flashlight in my zj

need some quick help...i want to mount a flashlight in my car and heres a picture of where i want to mount it. in the red circle area


thats not my jeep just took it from google to give you guys an idea.


now the reason for the post. in the red circle area is there any wires i should know about? is it a bad spot to mount the flashlight?

its 2 screws both 3/4 of an inch long and 1 1/4 inch apart from eachother.

i just dont wanna screw up my truck

I mounted my CB there and didn't find any wires. I just pulled the side up enough to look a little and run my fingers under there.

if its a maglite it slides between the drivers seat and the center console perfectly thats what io did

Velcro is the ****zzz.... and no holes and little work you can get it alloff..just a idea...

yea my dad suggested velcro but i dident like the idea of it being stuck there...anyway i mounted it maybe ill get pics up soon

quick and convenient. pops in pops out and leaves my glove box free for important paperwork and other crap

IT only took around Five min and a couple of screws to take the center console
out. It took it off to run a Ipod wire to my wifes console box.
If your worried, just take five mins to take it off and look around.

i just bought a very bright led flash light that has a string on it looks good hangin from my door handle on the drivers side it has not been in the way and its handy

dude, you can buy really good working led flash lights that are small for dirt cheap at home depot or lowes. no need to mount big flash lights unless you need it to beat someone with it?
