Default Maintenance before long road trip

I'm going on a 2000 mile road trip with most probably many hills along the way... I had some trouble going uphill with a packed 2006 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.7 4wd unless I put it on 3rd gear... Now I feel my truck is lacking hp/torque when I press the throttle... It feels kind of sluggish as if power is escaping.

I've also never changed the front/rear differential oils, the transmission oil/filter, transfer case, PVC valve/clean the throttle, cabin filter...

What would you recommend changing before and after this road trip by order of priority?

Thank you.

I should mention also that when I press on the gas, it feels like an echo is coming out the exhaust pipe/system.
