Loud hissing noise

Loud hissing noise
Got a 2002 Jeep grand Cherokee 4.7 V8. It's making a loud hissing noise sounds like a tires Is deflating when I start the truck. Sounds as if coming from underneath the truck. It's a very noticeable sound. I was thinking maybe it's the muffler but the truck it's self is not loud. Has any one experienced this? And feed back or help is appreciated.

I have a 99' and had a similar sound. For me it was a leak under the brake pedal. If you look behind your brake pedal there should be a rubber boot that looks similar to the rubber around a manual stick shift. Unfortunately I had to take it to a shop to have it repaired.
