Linkage Issue

So, I got my linkage cut and put back in. Still needs some fine tuning though, still not hitting all the gears just right... I think I need to cut another 1/2" out of it so I can hit everything...

Since swapping to the 242, I have had issues hitting all the gears correctly. Before removing it, I was not in 2H, now I am not hitting "N & 4L"... Starting to get frustrated... Has anyone done this swap and if so, how did you get the linkage tuned just right?? :brickwall:
