Hello everyone,

My light switch is going bad in my jeep. dash lights flicker off and on, its not constant and might go weeks before doing it or it might just do a day. now that I have other more important repairs done I am left with smaller repairs to start on.

i've watched the video's and see I can get the part online for fairly cheap but I can go cheaper if i opt for one without the fog lights.

while my vehicle has fog lights I never use them. I had a 98 jeep for 8 years and never used the fog lights and have no plans on using these.

should I go ahead and buy one with the fog lights just becasue the vehicle has it and you never know maybe someday i'll find a reason to use them.

also while changing out the light switch is there anything else I should check in the dash since i'll have it more or less apart?

Get the right switch, the electrical connections are slightly different between the non fog light switch and the one with fog lights.
