Left over connector after engine swap?
Well my friend had the luxury of purchasing a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee last year, strongly against my recommendation. So long story short a blown head later, I told him to save money, we can swap the engine ourselves. Well after having many problems with a PITA pilot bushing (Had fun removing it, after many hours and special tools, we just welded a bolt onto it and pried it out ), 1 and 1/2 weeks later, the Jeep is together again. But now we have a no start issue. I am 90% sure it is the CPS, however there is this one plug that doesn't seem to belong anywhere, can anyone take a look on yalls' own Jeeps and see if yall can see it?
Thanks in advanced

It's been a year since i installed my WJ's new engine.. had to cheat.
That looks like your CPS plug, the CPS harness comes over the bellhousing from the other side. That would certainly cause your no start.

Actually I think your right, it is the cps plug, but the other end is stuck behind the bell housing a won't reach. Any suggestions?

ive seen them where the wire is actually pinched in between the bell housing and the engine block, might have to loosen the bell housing and move the wire out of the way
