leaking master brake cylinder only when ABS on?

Hi, my ABS isnt anay god so i have removed the fuses and relays so it dont work. When it did work then my MC was leaking, but when i dont use ABS it dont leak. I did try to insert the fuses and relays and then the MC did leak. The ABS problem is that when brake in low speed it allways goes on and the car needs some meters extra to stop, but its only in low speed. Its not any problem using it without the ABS, but i have a new MC but could my old MC still be ok to use without the ABS? Is it the return lines from the ABS pump that make it leak? Its leaking arround the "seal" that goes into the brake-booster (the big bell with vaccume line attach to it).

The leak is probably caused by a leaking piston seal in your old master cylinder, allowing brake fluid to seep past the seal and leak out. Replace the master cylinder and you should be good to go. JMO
Note:The leaking piston would cause a loss in line pressure, and an increase in stopping distance.
