Default lackluster heat in 2000 wj

WEll I am leaving for wyoming this saturday and my heat is lackluster in the the 4.0 wj. It heats up, the kinda temperature where you have to where a sweat shirt to keep warm but obviously not warm enough. Last year if I remember right there was no issues. Water pump was replaced 6 months ago when it failed. Temperaute gauge is around 200 where its supposed to be. A good mix of 50/50 in cooling system. Heater hoses going into the core or very warm and full of coolant. I wont have time to flush and back flush before the trip but I am not convinced just yet the core is clogged. I always guess thats the problem and it never seems to be it. Without pulling the whole interior apart can I check anything else really? I think blender door is working probably as temperature goes from luke warm to cold if I turn heat ****.
thanks!
