This is where I am at. 2000 gc laredo I6. Heat is like before, does not get hot. I get good air flow thru system better then before but set to vent, driver side barely gets warm and passenger blows cold. Defrost works but not hot. defrost/floor same as before, not hot. I replaced the heater core, a/c evap and blend doors. recirulation air door looked fine and functional. Both hoses in engine compartment are hot. Kinda bummed now, after all that work still the same..
Any suggestions would be appreciated... It is a manual heat/ac not automatic.

Just kidden there bud! Maybe you melted a hose somewhere...Howd it stop working...did it jus up and die or gradually shift?

 

I know, that is what I feel like doing. To cheap to buy new car. It only goes to bus stop and back. Anyway, It has never really worked. Bought it when I was living in florida didn't need heat. Going to pull the motor in the glovebox and test. Will give update...

 

Did a stupid thing. When I replaced the blend doors, I put in atc and I have mtc(manual). So one side will blow cold still. Gonna try heaater treater for single zone, should be the fix, I hope...

 

Sounds like you've got a good handle on it. At least it's nothing too serious..
