Default Jeep losing power

My grand Cherokee is losing power around 3500rpm just replaced fuel filter was thinking it might be fuel pump anyone else have ideas

Oh and it does not do it in neutral just when driving

Could be fuel pump.

Have you done any real diagnostics, or are you just tossin parts at it?

I'd check for proper fuel pressure, GOOD spark, and go from there.
