Jeep issue

Last night my rear end, drive shaft ect came out and is totally gone. I have a 2002 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo. Looking online last night I found a 2001 jeep grand Cherokee limited. Im trying to get a direct answer if my 2002 motor would bolt up to the 2001 without any issues.

As in, somebody stole the entire drive shaft and rear axle assembly?

no nobody stole it. Going down the road when I turned on a road it happened .Its currently sideways under my jeep... Messed up quite a lot. I found a jeep with a blown motor and was Going to use my motor n parts off my jeep just trying to figure out if they'll bolt up together considering they are different motors

If they're not both 4.0s or whatever, the swap is a major hassle.

Agreed. Stick with the same size motor and it all swaps. Different motors for that year and everything forward of the tcase is different
