What all do i need to lift my 95 grand cherokee
Will i need shocks,springs,spacers,control arm,leafs everything.
WHATS THE MOST COST EFFICIENT i want to go 28in. to 31in.

to fit 30s you just have to do a 2" spacer lift. Just the 4 spacers and shocks.

you can just do a front to back spring swap and grab a used set of cherokee 4" coils for the front.

some guys will use front v8 grand coils in the rear, but may reduce flex some.

it's wheelable like this easy on 31's with some trimming. possibly 33's.

then later, you can swap out the lca's for some adjustable ones and get an adjustable track bar.

the cheapest,easiest way to run 31's is a 2" BB(like chris said,4 coil spacers and shocks...then alignment) OR just throw on the 31's and get out the sawzall! If you do a front to rear swap your gonna need more parts like track bars,sway bar ext. etc.

I saw that roughcountry has a suspension lift kit that comes with RC Hydro 8000 series shocks... Are these any good? Would they offer a smooth ride on the highway?

not true.
my buddy has been wheeling his daily driver for 2 years on stock trackbar and swaybar links. however, the swaybars are usually unbolted.
stock lca's for now too. although he has RE adjustables to go in.
drives fine onroad and off. we did the alignment ourselves. no wobble.

you will need new shocks tho.

I do have a 2" spacer lift sitting in my basement for a ZJ that i used on mine for around a year or so.

4" lift on a zj with the stock track bars in the stock locations and the axles would be way off center,i wouldn't recommend driving it like that but thats your perogotive. You can re-drill and try to use the stock track bars but there won't be much room left at that height. So i still say track bars/adj track bars or at least drop brackets will be necessary.

sure,you can unbolt the sway bars but thats not safe for onroad IMO. Home alignments are ok for toe but what about caster?

Does anyone have the dimensions of the lift spacers for the zj?? i have access to equipment to make some just gotta get the polyurathane block....any help will save me money....then just shocks,stabilizer and?
