Intermittent Uconnect Issue
 

Hi All,
I have a 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4 with Uconnect V8.4 NAV. The unit intermittently stops working when the car is started. The Uconnect powers-up, displays the loading screen, but the boot process never completes. None of the functions are available. If I shift into reverse during this condition, the system displays backup camera unavailable, and a blank blue screen is displayed. The loading screen reappears when shifting out of reverse. This began suddenly 2 days ago. Does anyone have suggestions on what might be causing this? Thanks.
