I have a 2001 jeep grand cherokee v8 head gaskets
I have a 2001 jeep grand cherokee v8 I just replaced the head gaskets and got the heads shaved I am still getting some water/antifreeze in my oil and sill some white smoke truck runs great but What else could do this? i did not see any cracks in the head when it was off.

How long since the repair was done, how many miles have you driven since? Did you flush both the oil pan and cooling system after the repair?

Old fart with a wrench
You probably should have had the heads magna-fluxed. Aluminum heads are notorious for hidden cracks that show up when heated, usually in the valve ports.

was done a few weeks ago i drove it only a few miles and yes everything was drained and cleaned out
also Could it be the timing chain gasket leaking and letting coolant into the oil pan thats the only thing i did not change because it looked good.
