2000, 137,000 miles. Didn't notice these till it got dark. The courtesy lights don't come on when you open the doors. Are these under the dash? Also the back lights on the dash are extremely dim. Can barely see the gauges and speedo. The light over the hatch doesn't work manually. Should it turn on when the doors open as well? Can't figure how to get in it to check that bulb.
The mirrors don't adjust from the switch, but I knew that when I bought it. Can this all be related?
Thanks

Okay, here we go. Some models don't have floor lights, just the overhead lights and occasionally mine don't come on when you open the door, but do when you start it with the door open. The dash lights, and interior lights, are controlled by a slide ring on the headlight switch. With the ring in the lowest position, the interior lights won't come on and the dash lights are almost out. Moving the ring upward allows the interior lights to come on with the doors and increases the brilliance of the dash lights. the last two clicks near the top brightens the odo and overhead display and then turns the interior lights on with the doors closed.
The rear cargo light will come on if you push on the lens and then will work with the door switches. To replace the bulb in the cargo light, just pry off the lens.
To adjust the mirrors, you need to hold the L/R selector switch in one direction while moving the 4-way adjustment pad. Very hard to do while driving, I know.
All this I didn't know until I found an owner's manual in the boneyard.

I eventually figured this out. Duh, me. I was looking for a adjusting **** on the dash and couldn't find it. I just bought the vehicle and thought these things were broken. The mirror's are broke, but that's no big deal for now. I can adjust them by hand and I can eventually figure that out.

Check for a fuse in the under dash panel. It's to the left of the steering column.
