HVAC stuck on Defrost?/ Cruise dead too PLS HELP!!!

HVAC control stuck on defrost with cruise control not functional as well. I have heard that it may be a vaccuum leak but what i really need is a way to fix it or at least narrow it down to where i can start my search

That is an easy one to diagnose. You have no vacuum to those controls. The cruise needs vacuum to work and the HVAC selector defaults to defrost with no vacuum. you just need to find the leak and fix it
