Model: Grand Cherokee
Engine: 4.7L V8
Step one: 20 Ft-lbs.
Step two: Turn an additional 90 degrees.
This is from the Haynes manual for the 4.7L V8.
Hope that's what you wanted.

What does the factory service manual say about this?.. For the specifications related to torquing down these bolts?
Is/are the factory service manual(s) worth having around, and on hand for the WJ & the ZJ?

Old fart with a wrench
FSM says 20 lbft + 90* turn. This is basically a "torque-to-yield" specification, which means you should use new rod bolts each time.
