Default how to mount new trackbar bushing?

I did manage to get my trackbar out, and i removed the old bushing. But i see that i need to get the old metal sleeve that the old bushing was in out too. But is there some trick to get the old inner metal sleeve in the new bushing? The new metal sleeve is to big for the bolt and to litle for the old sleeve to go in to, the old sleeve is to small to fit perfect in the new bushing. The new inner sleeve is to long too, but that i can cut, but is there som trick to get this to work??

I've been told to use some fine grit sandpaper to get the coating off the new bushings and to also use 3 times as much grease as you would think you would need. I haven't done this yet but I'm in the process of finding a track bar for my WJ. I believe a press is "needed" as well

My problem is the inner sleeve, where the bolt is going. But i see on the picture http://www.energysuspensionparts.com...S27103R_lg.jpg that i got some wrong parts, the sleeve is to long and it should have been one smaller one too. I have sent them a mail, but havent got any response yet.
