how to check oil pump drive
Should the oil pump drive turn by hand if it is working correctly? Mine will not move I think, how do you test it? would this causing running issues? Seem to be getting good oil pressure.

ok if rotated?
I read somewhere that you could rotate the oil pump gear to get it running smoother. I rotated the shaft..did i throw it out of sync? Didn't fix problem, I am at a loss. System was overcharging and running rough, replaced pcm not over charging anymore but having issues. Idles ok but if you put it in gear or even turn on the ac with it in park the idle goes to 500 and stays there with no power. Replaced coil pack, cam sensor, crank sensor, fuel filter, plugs.

It sounds like the idle air control motor is not adjusting for the extra load, some say to clean it, I recommend just replacing it and clean the throttle body.
