Horn stopped working . . .
 

The fuse is good. I replaced the relay. Still doesn't work. I know it's not the wiring and horn itself cause I can get it to honk by "jumping" it. Could it be the switch in the steering wheel? If so, how to access that without the danger of blowing up the air bag?

Could the Clock Spring be the culprit?
